What data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to send us:

• Quote form: name, company (optional), email, phone, event date and location, budget, how you found us and your message.
• Direct contact by email, WhatsApp or Instagram: the data contained in your message.

We do not collect data automatically for marketing or profiling purposes.

Why we use it and legal basis

Your data is used only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, manage the job. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures requested by you (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, legal and tax obligations (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted within 24 months. Data related to jobs and invoices is kept for the period required by Italian tax law (10 years).

Who processes it

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. To run the website we use these service providers, acting as data processors:

• Netlify, Inc. (USA) – website hosting and form delivery. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Google (Gmail) – email inbox where requests are received.

Cookies

This website does not use profiling or analytics cookies and does not load fonts or trackers from third parties. Only technically necessary data (e.g. server logs kept by the hosting provider for security) is processed. Your language and viewing preferences are not stored. For this reason no cookie banner is required.

Links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Vimeo, YouTube and WhatsApp take you to external websites with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or export your data, to limit or object to its processing (arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to lorenzosaini4@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Images and videos

All photos and videos on this website are owned by Lorenzo Saini and are protected by copyright. They may not be downloaded, copied or used without written permission. If you appear in a photo or video and would like it removed, write to lorenzosaini4@gmail.com and we will take care of it promptly.
